This wine is made up of old endemic Portugese grape varieties, Rabigato, Codega do Larinho, Viosinho, Donzelinho and Gouvelo grown on the Duoro River hillside fermented in 2 year old French oak and matured for 8 months in barrel. On the nose apples, honeysuckle and citrus blossom and on the palate apples, peaches and citrus with delicious spice and savoury long finish – think a Portugese Petit Chablis!
