When you sign up to be a member of the Wine Lovers Club and receive the newsletter and curated wine pack, this means you agree to a minimum of two deliveries within one year of membership of our Wine Lovers Club.
When you sign up with your account application, payment will be collected via the credit card you provide at the time of paying for the first subscription. Further payments for each subscription will be collected via the same credit card you provide. Payment will be processed and received by Ward Loves Wine prior to sending out the wine.
To participate in the Wine Lovers Club we may require information from you to provide you with the best service possible. All information will be collected in regard to your membership including any orders, emails and accounts. This information will be used to assist with offering a high level of customer service.
The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter any sensitive information on our website, this will be encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL). We never store complete credit card details. Your credit card details will be passed via Squarespace to Stripe payment system.
We follow generally accepted industry standards so as to protect the personal information submitted to us during transmission from the website.
If your personal information changes, or you no longer desire our services, you may correct, update or delete or deactivate the information by logging into the Wine Club Member’s Page and Manage Subscription and complete the changes.
If you order from us we will need to request detailed information from you. This information will include your name, email and postal or delivery address and your financial information, such as credit card number, expiration date and CCV. We use this information for billing and fulfilling your orders. If we have any difficulties we will use this information to contact you.
Ward Loves Wine will use your personal information for essential communications, such as emails. accounts information and service details. We may also use this information for other purposes including promotional emails. If at any time you do not want to receive emails, they can be removed from our mailing list by emailing us at [email protected]. We will notify you should it be necessary to give your personal information to a third party that is not our agent/service provider, so you can make an informed choice as to whether or not to share your information with that party.
Ward Loves Wine may at its discretion use other third parties to provide essential services on our site or for our business processes. We may share your details as necessary for the third party to provide that service. These third parties are prohibited from using your personally identifiable information for any other purpose. Ward Loves Wine uses, the Word Press, Woo Commerce and Eway payment systems and data collection. Eway processes online credit card transactions for International and Australian merchants. All transaction data is encrypted for storage with the Eway payment system in a bank grade data centre for its online credit card transactions.
After subscribing online you will receive an email confirmation from Ward Loves Wine of your subscription. We will endeavour to confirm receipt of your Membership Subscription application within 24 hours of the order. Wine Lovers Cellar Packs are sent out in the second week in the first month of the bi monthly cycle. If your initial subscription falls after this time, we will endeavour to send the current pack through for up to 30 days from the date of the initial month of the bi monthly cycle. If your subscription date falls within the second month of the bi monthly cycle, your subscription will be satisfied in the next bi monthly cycle. Namely the months of September, November, January, March, May and July. All payments will need to be received before delivery. All shipping costs are included in the packs, but an additional nominal fee of $30.00 is charged for the States of Western Australia, Tasmania and Northern Territory
After ordering online you will receive an email confirmation from Ward Loves Wine with your order details. We will endeavour to confirm your order within 24 hours of the order. We endeavour to send out all the online orders within a week of receiving the orders – if stock is low or sold out it may take a little longer but we will notify you. Fees for delivery are heavily subsidised and are based on the destination. Orders are prepared as 6 packs, therefore the minimum order is for 6 bottles of wine.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 30 day money back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at [email protected] within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been opened, damaged after delivery or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or they have been dropped or broken. All bottles must be returned in their original conditions. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the wines via registered post and that you pay all postage and insurance. You must assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit – we advise that you takeout insurance with your carrier. Ward Loves Wine will not be responsible for any damage or loss while in transit if you choose not to insure.
