After subscribing online you will receive an email confirmation from Ward Loves Wine of your subscription. We will endeavour to confirm receipt of your Membership Subscription application within 24 hours of the order. Wine Lovers Cellar Packs are sent out in the second week in the first month of the bi monthly cycle. If your initial subscription falls after this time, we will endeavour to send the current pack through for up to 30 days from the date of the initial month of the bi monthly cycle. If your subscription date falls within the second month of the bi monthly cycle, your subscription will be satisfied in the next bi monthly cycle. Namely the months of September, November, January, March, May and July. All payments will need to be received before delivery. All shipping costs are included in the packs, but an additional nominal fee of $30.00 is charged for the States of Western Australia, Tasmania and Northern Territory
After ordering online you will receive an email confirmation from Ward Loves Wine with your order details. We will endeavour to confirm your order within 24 hours of the order. We endeavour to send out all the online orders within a week of receiving the orders – if stock is low or sold out it may take a little longer but we will notify you. Fees for delivery are heavily subsidised and are based on the destination. Orders are prepared as 6 packs, therefore the minimum order is for 6 bottles of wine.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 30 day money back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at [email protected] within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been opened, damaged after delivery or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or they have been dropped or broken. All bottles must be returned in their original conditions. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the wines via registered post and that you pay all postage and insurance. You must assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit – we advise that you takeout insurance with your carrier. Ward Loves Wine will not be responsible for any damage or loss while in transit if you choose not to insure.
