This wine is from north of Milan. The grapes are grown in the family owned estate in the Soave hills at a relatively high altitude. This is a family run small winery and vineyard owned and managed by four sisters. The wine is a clean honest expression of Garganega grape variety. It has both delicacy and structure and a flavour that reminds you of green almonds, greengage plums and citrus. Delicious served with seafood dishes or creamy cheeses.

These artisan wines are grown and made by the Vajura family. This wine exhibits the aromas of violets roses and cherries with scents of herbs, spices and licorice. On the palate these characteristics are echoed but in addition provides grippy tannins and high acidity which gives this wine a level of complexity. Best served with game, pate and mushroom dishes.
