This lovely dry rosé comes from Serra da Estrela in the north Portugal where grapes are grown 600 metres above sea level on granitic soils.
The wine has wild herbs and pot pourri on the nose with bright salmon pink colour, herbs and red berries on the palate with a lovely dry mineral finish
Lovely as an aperitif or with a summer salad
