This is a delicious developed wine yet still youthful and alive with notes of beeswax, buttered toast and citrus and flavours of lemon marmalade, honeysuckle, pears and a textured finish. The fruit for this wine was grown in the vineyard owned and run by the 5th generation of the Purbrick family on their property outside the town of Nagambie in the sub region of the Goulburn Valley Wine Region in Northern Victoria. Delicious served with chicken salad or fresh seafood dishes
