This organic wine is made in Trapani on the west coast of Sicily. It is a delicate fresh dry white wine with aromas of lemons, herbs and jasmine. On the palate light and fresh with floral and citrus flavours finishing with soft dry tannins. Perfect with a plate of fresh seafood on a warm day.
