This delicious Chardonnay is made from a multiple of French clones of the Chardonnay grape, from a long cool vintage. It has undergone wild yeast ferment and lees stirring in 25% new French oak and the balance in older French oak. On the nose there are white nectarines and citrus blossom and vanilla with a palate that echoes the nose with also lemon blossom, crisp acidity and nutty tinge with great complexity and length
