The fruit for this wine, a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, comes from the rustic region of Jura which is an area of 80km situated between Burgundy and the Swiss border.
On the nose it has notes of honey and delicate white flowers and dried fruit on the palate, it has citrus, honey and a creamy mousse which is delicate with a dry finish.
Perfect as an aperitif or with a cheese souffle, or panfried seafood. Best served chilled to between 8 – 10 degrees C.
