This Domaine is situated in Southern Burgundy in the appellation of Macon. The grapes were vinified for 18 months in 90% stainless steel and 10% new French Oak. It has intense flavours of peaches and melon and on the palate lovely hint of honey with mels, ripe stonefruit and toasted hazelnuts with a soft oak influence and slight creaminess from the lees stirring. This is an elegant and delicious Chardonnay.
