Grapes for this wine were grown on the granitic soils of the Ferguson Valley 220m above sea level looking out to the Indian Ocean. This is a blend of Tempranillo and Vermentino that have been co fermented with a wild yeast ferment which gives a delicious juicy light red with plums on the nose and some citrus blossom and on the palate plums and lovely minerality with pithy texture and a fresh finish.
Roasted lamb or goat or pizza with goat’s cheese a great accompaniment.
