A complex little rosé made from 60% Pinot Gris, 20% Pinot Noir, 15% Pinot Meunier and a dash of Pinot Blanc grapes that were fermented with their own yeast.
It has flavours of pink grapefruit and strawberries and a bit of spice and on the nose it has crisp red apples, herbs and berries.
