It may surprise you that I am not a big drinker, often called upon to
be the designated driver, but if I am having a glass of wine, I want
it to be a good one so with this philosophy I have added three new
wine packs to the latest update to the online store.
1. A summer quaffing pack made up of wines that love a bit of a
chill to be enjoyed on a warm Summer’s evening.
2. Another is our premium White & Pink pack containing a
delicious bubbles, rose and fresh crisp textural wines to be
enjoyed over the Summer months.
3. The third pack I have included is called “I am worth it Red pack”.
I have dived into the cellar and put together a premium red pack of a
Burgundy, a Lirac and SA Nebbiolo, a Mt Etna Rosso and fabulous
Northern Rhone Shiraz from St Joseph and a full rich ripe Shiraz from
a benchmark WA Producer in the great Southern of WA.

We would like to invite you to a fabulous Sicilian Wines’ dinner at Links House
Restaurant in Links Road, Bowral on Saturday 31st January, 2026 commencing
at 6.30 pm. We will commence the evening with Sicilian bubbles in the courtyard.
We would love for you to join us.
We have chosen 6 delicious wines from that amazing little island, Sicily and then
matched the wines with some great Sicilian style food – perfect for a summer’s
evening.
John will chat about the wines, which always enhances the enjoyment, while we
pour the wines. We will have a Sicilian sparkling, two white wines and two red
wines and a luscious liquor to finish with your coffee and dessert.

Our next Wine Club Cellar Pack which goes out in the second week of January,
will feature wines from Victoria, from a range of premium producers who make
stunning and delicious wines – enjoyable drinking over the summer holiday

On the Website you can find out about the trip we are hosting to the Loire
Valley, an up and coming Wine Region, in May/June 2026. This is a small
group tour which offers delightful accommodation, breakfast, either lunch or
4 of 5dinner and all wines, transport and gratuities while exploring this beautiful
Region with its fabulous scenery, majestic Chateaux and charming villages.
