This delicious red wine comes from the mountains of Central Portugal, made more complex by comprising the grape varieties, Jaen, Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro and Tinta Roriz where they were co fermented in stone tanks, previously used for port making.
On the nose it has spicey red fruit and herbs and on the palate black red fruit and rich fruit flavours with fine tannins leading to a wine with great complexity and length.
Delicious with tomato dishes or roasted lamb.
