This lovely fresh golden green wine from Macon in southern Burgundy, is an area known for its fabulous Chardonnay.
It has green apples and citrus on the nose. On the palate it has fresh green apples and minerality from the limestone and clay soils of the Region, with some fresh citrus which gives a crisp textural complex finish.
Roasted chicken a great accompaniment.
