We have a savoury Pecorino, a crisp fresh Verdicchio and a delicious Trebbiano in the white wines and in the reds we have a black fruit and savoury tannins Negroamaro, a soft Montepulciano and the king of Puglia an aged Primitivo all dark chocolate, black plums and rich tannins All great food wines that would grace any table.
