This Sauvignon Blanc is grown on deep clay limestone soils above the Loire. On the nose it has green straw, herbs, white flowers and citrus. On the palate it is crisp and fresh with hints of tropical and white fruits with a lovely minerality. Great as an aperitif or with tomato dishes.
