This wine is from the side project of two very high Margaret River wine makers, Eloise Jarvis and Glenn Goodall. It is only made in small batches where the grapes undergo wild ferment in stainless steel tanks and then the wine is transferred to seasoned oak and lees stirred to keep it fresh and textural
It has citrus blossom and white nectarine on the nose with limes, flowers and lemon with a tangy and fine chalk finish.
Delicious with seafood.
