This is a delicious example of Pinot Gris that has been through some great wine making. Fruit was hand picked and fermented in old French oak barriques for added texture and mouthfeel. On the palate the wine has delicious fresh crisp pear, lovely fresh finish and fine texture and on the nose there is pear, fresh herbs and lime juice. Delicious served with seafood and creamy pasta dishes
