The word Toru, means “three” in Maori. This is a fabulous field blend of three varieties, Gewurtztraminer, Riesling and Pinot Gris.
On the nose it has aromatic spice, sliced pears and citrus and on the palate musk, spice, citrus and fresh pears. Delicious with spicy food.
